All-purpose, multi-function, powered extension speaker cabinet that packs 60 watts of transparent power and Celestion Seventy80 speaker. It can be used with any direct recording device or pre-amp, analogue or digital, tube or solid state, in stompbox or rack-mount formats – including Tech21’s very own line of SansAmps. When plugging the device into the cabinet, the tone is unaffected, so there is no need to labour over readjusting all the parameters that would otherwise be coloured by a conventional amp. The cabinet will accept XLR and 6.3mm inputs and includes a balanced XLR output to ‘daisy-chain’ with other units. Knowing that not all rooms are created acoustically perfect, user can compensate for less than ideal environments by adjusting the on-board, active three-band EQ. With ground-independent inputs and output, there is no limit to how much power user can have – hundreds of these units can be stacked together to make a giant wall of power.
