Monocular microscope utilizing transmitted light from Erudit series that comes supplied with a lot useful accessories, allowing for an optimal start into microscopy. It is equipped with three wide-field eyepieces (5x/10x/16x) and a 360-degree rotatable monocular head which allows for a comfortable viewing position at any time. The three objective lenses (4x/10x/60x) are held by a revolving nose piece. In addition, the microscope is equipped with zoom system utilizing 1.6x Barlow lens so the magnification can be increased continuously (ZOOM) from 20x up to 1536x. The battery-driven LED light provides specifically bright illumination of the preparation and its contrast can be adjusted as needed by means of a filter wheel underneath the specimen stage. The extra-large focus wheel allows for a precise adjustment of sharpness and the supplied x-y table can be used for millimetre-accurate positioning of the slide and prevents slipping of the preparation. Due to a rechargeable battery that is integrated in the solid base and with the included aluminium case, the microscope is also suitable for mobile applications. In addition, the device is equipped with an extra eyepiece for connection to the PC with Windows operating system – the built-in sensor has a resolution of 640x480 pixels and allows the micro-observation directly from the PC. The included software also allows for editing and saving the digital observations. The microscope comes supplied with 5 prepared slides, 5 blank slides and 10 cover plates, plus a dust cover.
