Also technisch alles state of the art .

I've been using this amp in my own studio for a few weeks now and can only say good things about it so far! I personally like the tone control very much, the best of all the Markbass amps I know, as it is configured slightly differently. The amp has plenty of power despite its 250 watt rating. The DI out sounds very good, almost like it's connected to a speaker sim. There's just a slight background noise from the amp in the tweeters, but it disappears as soon as you play. So technically everything is state of the art. With pushed mids and a bit of vintage, the Markbass helps me get a wonderfully dense, growling tone on the jazz bass, just like with humbuckers. The second basic sound is of course the well-known funky Miller tone, which the amp really produces excellently..fast response, nice and never annoying highs if you want them... The optimal control of the input stage is very important...just before clipping, the amp really comes to life and sounds very lively, detailed and simply fresh...crisp...whatever... For me, this was a real stroke of luck after numerous attempts with various other amps in the 250 to 500 watt range...I won't give it up now....
